For those of you looking for a recipe calculator, these three sites have some of the best analyzers that I have found thus far. You put in the number of servings, the ingredients, and preparation instruction. Then the calculator tells you the calorie information. My favorite is nutritiondata.com. They have an analyzer that also shows the recipe’s fullness factor and extensive nutrient content.
